Job Description
Manager - Information Security ( IT Security) with an ITeS / BPO Setup
Role : Manager - Information Security ( IT Security) with an ITeS / BPO Setup
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a team for:
• End to end firewall management with hands-on.
• End to end internet policy management with hands-on.
• End to end antivirus protection management with hands-on.
• Monitor logs and daily reports for firewall / AD / Antivirus and IOCs.
• Perform routine security functions for risk detection, prevention, and response.
• Review Access controls.
• Foresee potential cyber risks and initiate preventive mitigations.
• Lead internal and external audits, close NCs
• Lead internal and external VA/PT scans.
• Present Security MIS reports.
• Define and design security SOPs and documentation.
• Establish security standards and best practices.
• Monitoring and upgrading security measures, as necessary.
• Evaluate systems, networks, and data to determine what types of security protocols are necessary as per compliance requirements.
• Implementing security controls to protect an organization's infrastructure and digital files
• Leading the response to any security breaches or intrusions that may occur.
• Investigations to determine how security breaches happened.
• Good understanding and knowledge on Securing and hardening for windows operating systems, DLP, SIEM, Firewalls, Spam protection, Internet gateway and network devices.
Preferred Candidate
• PG / Graduate with min 10 to 12+yrs experience , with 6+yrs into Information Security with an ITeS / BPO Organization.
• Should have experience into managing a Team.
• Certification: CEH is a must. Other specialized certifications desired.
• Candidates with HIPAA and PCI-DSS exposure are preferred.
