Job Description
Organization : Media House in Chennai
Experience : 8+ years
CTC : Upto 15 LPA
• Location : Chennai/TN Based candidates
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
• Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits and PMS
• Design and cultivate positive experiences at every step of the employee journey,
• Responsible for handling all HR activities from the Operational perspective.
• Improvisation Regularisation & Standardisation of HR processes and initiatives.
• Responsible for Manpower Planning; Budgeting and monitoring over all HR Cost Vs
Budget.
• Ensuring that KRA / KPI’s of the employees are aligned with the organisational goals.
• Identify and ensure fulfilment of behavioural and functional capability development
needs of employees in line with business needs.
• Responsible for PMS – Drive the annual performance/periodical appraisal process in
the business / function aligning with the compensation philosophy of the
organisation in strict adherence to the specified timelines
• Strategizing & execution of initiatives towards Employee Engagement to ensure
retention of Key talents across the organisation.
• Maintenance of HRIS and providing timely reports to the management for business
inferences.
• Responsible for time to time review and updation of HR policies to suit the changing
needs of the organisation.
• Improvisation and standardization of HR Tools / Systems.
• Ensures legal and statutory compliance in adherence to the Labor Laws and
regulations.
• Drive and manage the rewards and recognition system for the business / function
through streamlined implementation and administration of processes and constant
improvisation.
• Drive critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications,
employee exit, and grievance redressal to facilitate healthy and harmonious climate
within the organization
• Supporting, guiding and training the team members
