Being actively involved in Talent Acquisition/recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process.Must have experience of internal hiring in IT/Software Company.Grievance handling, Induction, Joining, Background Verification etc.Experience in IT/Non IT Hiring in service industry candidates would be a huge advantage.Need to work 2-3 requirements daily and make 2-3 submissions.Maintaining employees' personal files and records communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.Tracking of attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters.Prepare offer letter, employment contract, and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.keeping track of confirmation, appraisals, and increments of employees.Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Providing counseling on policies and procedures.Process payroll for employees.Disbursement of payment.HR MIS reports.HR Audit.Compensation management.Full & final Management.Well-versed with all the Job portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
