Manager – HR & Admin Job at Mascotek Engineers – in Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description

Looking for female candidate with prior experience in HR & Admin will be preferred, Candidate should have knowledge about all HR terms, Payroll, Attendance, Salary Calculation, Local claim calculation, Petty Cash, Employee engagement, Employee motivation activities etc. Should take care of listing job postings, scheduling interviews, preparation of payrolls, offer letters, joining & exit formalities attendance of employees as well as management of facilities, employee welfare and other administrative support

Also should have knowledge about admin work like monthly stationary requirement, office software and hardware requirement, should maintain asset record, Should have knowledge about employee visa processing, International & domestic travel booking, hotel booking etc. Should assist company MD about his weekly meeting scheduling, weekly appointments, travelling arrangement, preparing minutes of meeting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• HR: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
