Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, system security, cloud computing, and cybersecurity protocols. The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance across all infrastructure components. The Infrastructure Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning technological solutions with business objectives while maintaining robust security standards and operational excellence.

Duties

Lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers (Cisco, Juniper), and switches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Oversee the deployment and administration of cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure, ensuring scalable and reliable cloud architecture.
Manage virtualization environments using VMware, Citrix, and related technologies to support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Implement and monitor security measures including SIEM solutions like Splunk, intrusion detection systems (IDS), network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, and vulnerability research to safeguard organizational data.
Administer identity & access management systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Cisco ISE, PKI, and implement encryption protocols like SSL/TLS to secure sensitive information.
Coordinate incident response efforts for cybersecurity threats or system outages and perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
Maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001/ISO 27002, PCI DSS, COBIT frameworks, and adhere to SDLC best practices for system development lifecycle management.
Optimize network performance through load balancing (F5 or similar), routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), DHCP/IP management, DNS configuration, and network support activities.
Lead automation initiatives utilizing tools like Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell scripting, Bash shell scripting for efficient system administration and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management with proficiency in computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS; operating systems including Windows Server, Linux (CentOS/Unix), macOS; and virtualization platforms like VMware.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) along with cloud architecture design principles.
Hands-on experience with network security tools including firewalls (Cisco ASA), VPNs (IPsec), IDS/IPS systems; familiarity with SIEM platforms like Splunk or Fiddler for security analysis.
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or Shell Scripting for automation; experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar is a plus.
Knowledge of high availability configurations, load balancing techniques, disaster recovery planning, and system security best practices aligned with ISO 27001/ISO 27002 standards.
Ability to manage complex projects within an SDLC framework while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS.
Strong analytical skills in vulnerability research and incident response; excellent problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $126,906.00-$147,108.00 per year
