Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations, you will work closely with operations, analytics, support, product, engineering, and other teams to make your vision a reality
This is a highly operational role that requires both a deep understanding of operational processes as well as data analytics
Build: this is a net new function within the team, and you will help shape this capability from the ground up
You will set requirements, work with product and analytics to build tooling, and establish how this function interacts with the larger business
Define: you define requirements for performance, and define what triggers to look for when considering suboptimal performance
To do this, you will gain a deep understanding of our operations and our customers’ and merchants’ needs

About The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling high growth businesses to join our rocketship on Drive, DoorDash’s white label fulfillment offering. High quality delivery performance is essential for our aggressive growth - and you will be responsible for monitoring our daily performance, flagging issues, and working with highly cross functional teams to resolve individual delivery exceptions and drive operational improvements to prevent future exceptions. Compensation
