Principal
Responsibilities
• To strengthen and manage digital presence & build a favorable public image for the organization in the social space.
Online
· Continuous initiatives to improve & increase engagement on the corporate website (in sync with the regional team) to reflect brand values &create an enhanced consumer engagement
· To create plans using a tracking & monitoring mechanism to deliver on website & social media objectives
· To create a process oriented ORM program
· Set process for maintenance and periodic updates of information on the company's website
· Provide a business perspective to digital initiatives (helps build business & a customer base)
· Introduce engagement building initiatives in the digital world – strong engagement scores
· SEO Implementation & tracking
· Develop and manage Lead management System (collecting leads through marketing initiatives, sharing with respective sales team, monitoring the lead closures/ drop outs)
· Work closely with the agency to develop solutions on Mobile Application – need based.
· Influencer program – Create & Leverage positive product reviews to improve overall brand perception
· Social Media Management - Monitor brand health on social media/ digital platform
· Liaison with regional marketing team (on digital initiatives)
· Drive & lead discussions, planning, execution, documentation, financials, billing related activities with the digital agency (based out of Singapore) & Social Media Agency (based out of India)
Offline
· Brand Management – Managing the brand in India in sync with brand guidelines/ manual
· Translating offline ideas to online ideas & vice-versa
