Job Description
Position Summary
To be a team lead who can work on multiple project streams for a client and applies analytics for better business decision making especially in the area of Pharma (domain).
Job Responsibilities
• Lead a team of associates to deliver project assignments as per business requirements. Delivery role will include project scoping, solution design, execution and communication of the analysis in the client ready formats
• Effectively manage the client/ onshore stakeholders, as per the business needs, to ensure successful business delivery
• Participate in RFPs/ proposals/ POVs etc to support new business development
• Build and scale up capabilities to help efficient business delivery
• Mentor and help build the team
Education
BE/B.Tech
Work Experience
• B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline or PG in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operation Research from tier 1 college with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
• Statistical/ modeling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills
• Logical ability to design solutions and work either as individual contributor or with team in implementation of the same.
• Exhibit expertise on pharma real world data like APLD, EMR, Prescription data, formulary data etc
• Worked on advanced analytics in pharma domain throughout patient journey like line of therapy, switch analysis, source of business , segmentation, persistence & compliance etc using various data sources
• Managing & developing Patient/Epidemiology Based forecasting models for pharma clients.
• Experience in Machine Learning, supervised and unsupervised, Forecasting, Classification, Data/Text Mining, NLP, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Deep Learning Algorithms, Model Explain ability , ML model deployment.
• Relevant work experience in building statistical modelling and/or AI/ML models using Python, R-Studio, PySpark, Keras, Tensorflow.
• Strong communication, project management and storyboarding skills
• Technical knowledge- R/ Python/ SQL. Knowledge of self-service analytics platforms such as DataiKU/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience in Pharma commercial analytics experience will be preferred.
