Requirement
• Debt Syndication _Investment banking #Debt structuring restructuring #Fianacial Advisory Delhi/WFH
• Liasioning with clients and lenders to channelize the information
• Filling of required Banks/lenders formats for the processing of loan proposals
• Should have good Understanding of the financial statements
• Should have good Business sense over the numbers
• Should have Effective Communication skills
Skills
• Pitching new clients
• Understanding their Debt requirements
• Analyzing their financial statements
• Working closely with financial institutions for providing best possible solution to client.
