Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Manager - Debt Syndication located in Santacruz, Mumbai, India. The Manager - Debt Syndication will be part of deal execution team and reporting to AVP Debt Syndication. The role will require frequent interaction with clients and lenders.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, particularly in debt syndication
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to review financial statements and credit analysis
• Experience with deal origination, structuring and closing transactions, and in-depth knowledge of the syndicated loan market
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Track record of building and managing strong client relationships and delivering results
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
