- Design and implement ML/AI solutions from data validation and feature engineering to model building, validation, deployment, and monitoring to innovate business processes.
- Generate actionable insights from complex data environments leveraging ML/AI and other advanced analytical methods to solve challenging business problems.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all data sources and provide technical guidance on data quality and governance issues.
- Understand the business requirements and challenges to develop innovative and value-added solutions for business.
- Communicate analytical models and insights to business stakeholders using non-technical terms.
- Stay up-to-date on AI/ML technologies, academic research and hands-on programming and analytical techniques.
Skills and Work Experience :
- BS in Statistics/Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field is required. MS or PhD is desired
- At least 5 years of data science experience working on high value high visibility projects under aggressive timeline
- At least 5 years developing implementing AI/ML models such as recommender engine, natural language processing, optimization operational research or deep learning
- Strong software skills with Python, R, SQL, Git and/or Qlik Sense
- Knowledge and working experience with Cloud such as GCP BigQuery or Dataflow
- Ability to communicate results effectively and explain technical methodologies in non-technical audience
- Marketing analytics experience including web analytics, social media analytics, customer analytics and paid media analytics is strongly desired
