Manager Cum Beautician Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing daily salon operations.
2. Hiring and Training staff.
3. Managing salon inventory, payments and other operations of the salons.
4. Work on salon marketing and client management.
5. Communicate effectively with the staff and customers.
6. Resolve conflicts in the salons and ensure best customer services.
7. Performing makeup, hairstyling and other services as per the needs.
8. Creating various offers and combo packs for the salon marketing.
+. Ensuring all the salon services are undertaken following proper hygiene and santization.
10. Maintaing business records including daily services and monthly revenue report.
11. Receive payments from the clients and record all transactions.
12. Order products and tools to complete the inventory.
Note:- The candidate should know the beauty work as well.
