Job Description

Location- Sitapura, Jaipur
Salary Budget- 15-17 LPA
Roles and responsibilities-
• Coordination with Civil contractors/Consultants/Architects for preparation of drawing within specified time frame. Conducting preliminary study, suggesting modifications in project, civil related detailed engineering.
• Prepare project Budget & budgetary proposals.
• Executing construction projects involving method engineering, resource planning & liasoning with Govt./Public sector department.
• Mobilization of Resources & follow-up with Subcontractors/Specialized agencies &Vendors etc.
• Check & release for construction of Civil Drawings.
• Identify & develop alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective execution of site activities & timely delivery of entire project work to minimize project cost.
• Preparation of construction program including periodical monitoring and reporting.
• Responsible for material submittals/material approvals and raising procurement requests & checking Contractor's Bills.
• Ensure quality aspects and safety practices are adopted at site.
• Identify critical activities for the project. Execute high quality finishing works.
• Maintain quality standards for incoming raw material/ components/ spares being purchased, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices.
• Completion of project as per schedule time within the target budget.
What we’re looking for-
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in civil engineering
• Proven experience in project management (Minimum 12 years)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
