We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr.Manager - Business Development to join our team in Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, commercial real estate, and leasing, with experience working with companies

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leasing and managed office solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver occupier services and meet client needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform business development decisions
Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience in business development, commercial real estate, and leasing
• Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including co-working and managed office solutions
• Experience working with companies such as Colliers and WeWork
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
