Job Title : Manager – Accounts & Taxation
Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Accounts & Taxation to oversee and manage
direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and statutory audits for our real estate business. The
ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in Income Tax, GST, financial
statement preparation, and audit handling, along with hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Reporting
Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and
IGAAP.
Oversee monthly and annual book closures, general ledger review, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting of real estate transactions including RERA compliance, revenue
recognition, and project cost allocation.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for management review.
Direct Taxation (Income Tax)
Manage Income Tax compliance including return filing, TDS returns, advance tax calculations,
and 26AS reconciliations.
Handle notices, assessments, appeals, and tax scrutiny cases independently.
Work with consultants and legal advisors for complex tax issues and strategic tax planning.
Indirect Taxation (GST)
Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and monthly reconciliations with books
and GSTR-2A/2B.
Monitor Input Tax Credit and manage vendor compliance.
Provide guidance on GST implications on joint development agreements (JDAs), lease rentals,
construction contracts, etc.
Manage GST audits, department queries, and assessments.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for annual and interim audits.
Prepare and review audit schedules, ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable regulations relevant
to the real estate sector.
Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Ind AS, and RERA provisions.
Experience in real estate accounting practices, including revenue recognition and cost
capitalization.
Strong command over Tally ERP/SAP/real estate ERP software.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
