Job Description
About this role:
Work as a team with Finance Controller to achieve financial objectives of the company. Manage the commercial processes of the company in the manner which ensures.
Transparency and integrity of the financial performance data.
Proper monitoring & control of payables, receivables, general ledger and all balance sheet accounts.
Task and Responsibility:
• Timely & accurate monthly closing and reporting and analysis of balance sheet and related sub ledgers.
• Ensuring compliances to all local applicable laws and filing of return including TDS, TCS, GST and other laws.
• Liasioning with Statutory, Tax and Internal Auditors for ensuring smooth closing of audits and ensuring all audit points are resolved.
• Coordinating planning process for forecasts, budgets, targets, and responsibility for the financial planning process.
• Ensuring that all critical accounting processes are documented, reviewed, updated and ensured that are complied.
• Complete responsibility of payables, receivables, fixed assets, general ledger and ensuring accounting and controls are in place.
• Ensure team development, training, building and maintaining cross functional stakeholder relationship.
• Debtors, Bank reconciliation and balance confirmations, safeguard assets of the organization against risks.
• Customer collection, vendor management, credit management with Bank.
Job Requirements
• Chartered Accountant
• Min 10 Years of relevant experience
