About the Position:
We are looking for a passionate sales trainee to join our sales team. The Management trainee responsibilities includes lead generation, making sales calls, updating CRM database, building rapport with clients and close sales.
About EasyEcom:
EasyEcom is an industry leading omnichannel inventory management and reconciliation solution for eCommerce businesses and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez international, My Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc. We are persistently growing, from a few hundred clients to over 2000+ global clients, a handful of dedicated team members to 80+ members strong team and being VC funded, we are continuing to expand over and beyond!
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Contacting potential clients on phone, by email, or in person
• Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Building and maintaining CRM database
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participating in sales team meetings
Requirements:
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders efficiently and effectively
• Self-motivated with a result driven approach
• Critical thinker and problem solver
