Management Trainee – Government Business (Jaipur)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee to support the Government Business team in managing client coordination, campaign execution, billing, and business development activities. The role offers exposure to government departments, PSUs, and internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of government advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end billing process by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely submission of invoices and related documentation.
Coordinate with the Ad Operations (AdOps) team for campaign execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of government campaigns.
Follow up with Government Departments, Ministries, State Governments, and agencies for Release Orders (ROs), approvals, documentation, and payment-related requirements.
Identify and support business development efforts in untapped states by researching opportunities, preparing client databases, and assisting in outreach activities.
Coordinate with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to explore advertising opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support proposal submissions.
Maintain MIS reports, campaign trackers, billing status, RO status, and client records.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, agreements, and other business documents for government clients.
Support the Government Business team in achieving revenue targets through effective coordination and timely follow-ups.
