Job Description
FMS Group India is working hand-in-hand with a number of brands/clients in the areas of branding, acquisitions, client servicing & advertising in 27 countries providing sales and marketing solutions to over 100 Blue Chip and Fortune 500 clients.
We have over 20 branches in India in 6 cities dealing with multiple clients in various sectors i.e. insurance, banking, telecom, entertainment, NGO and healthcare.

Job Description:
Since we firmly believe in organic growth, the candidates are recruited as Management Trainees, and they get to groom their personality and managerial skills during their on the job training for 6-10 months in 3 levels. By the end of this training, they are at the team leader's position, managing and leading a team of 10-12 people.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Management Trainee: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Customer Acquisition / Client Representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer: HR/ Training & Development / Recruitment Process
LEVEL 3: Team Leader: Team Management / Leadership Development / Conflict Management
