Job Description: Group Concorde is currently hiring for the position of Management Trainee in the Customer Services Department. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training: Participate in intensive sales training programs to understand the company’s products, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
Client Relationship Management: Learn and develop skills in managing and developing client relationships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
Sales Support: Assist the sales head and contribute to team efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
CRM Management: Learn to use and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Lead Generation: Help generate new sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
