Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Management Information System Executive. The Management Information System Executive will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data using information systems, providing MIS reporting, and using analytical skills to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to management. The Management Information System Executive will also be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company.
Qualifications
• Strong competency in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Analytical Skills to review large quantities of data and identify trends
• MIS Reporting skills to provide regular updates to the leadership team
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.
• Experience in HR or Recruitment industry would be preferred.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, PMP) would be a bonus
