Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Management Executive – Operations & Administration based in the AHMEDABAD(Changodar) Division which involves overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating administrative processes, analyzing operations performance, and implementing strategies for improvement. The candidate will work collaboratively to optimize efficiency, manage resources, and ensure smooth workflow across various business functions.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in energy or technology sectors is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
