Role Description
EnerComp Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Management Executive for a contract role in Ahmedabad. As a Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned aspects of the company's operations. Your daily tasks will include any of the following, managing budgets, and finances, overseeing projects, recruitment, accounts, business development, tendering, procurement, and inventory, and ensuring that the company's goals are met. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, however, freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, tendering accounts or operations management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Experience with project management and execution.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in the UAV and information technology sectors is a plus.
