The purpose of this position is to undertake a range of projects to support the delivery of frontline public housing operations. This includes identifying and analyzing emerging and systemic issues, preparing practice and operational guidance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as undertaking procurement and business processes that support frontline housing staff and clients.
