Full time IT hardware engineer required with 5 years plus experience in hardware management and networking.
Job Responsibilities
• Install, configure, support, and maintain all corporate desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
• Perform format, installation, troubleshooting, and repairing of Microsoft Windows (All Versions) and Linux Ubuntu Operating Systems.
• Install and configure productivity software like Microsoft Office and Open Office.
• Manage corporate user accounts, email setups, passwords, access permissions, anti-spam, and antivirus protection.
• Execute core computer hardware and network troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain network infrastructure devices, including basic configuration and monitoring of corporate Firewalls.
• Provide technical support for mobile technologies, including iOS (iPhone) and Android devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dot Matrix & Laser Printers and high-volume Document Scanners.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the office EPABX (telecom) system.
• End-to-end maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System, including Network Video Recorders (NVRs), Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), Analog Cameras, and IP Cameras.
• Manage and maintain the Biometric Access Control System.
