Position Overview
SAY Rooms & Homes is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of all hotel facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the property's infrastructure to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-office areas.AC,
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Additional certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance, facility management, or the hospitality industry.
Experience in handling hotel engineering operations is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of fire safety systems and statutory compliance.
Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Team-oriented with a service-focused attitude.
