Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on filling, packaging, and related equipment to minimize downtime
Lubricate, clean, and adjust machinery as needed
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctions in filling and packaging machines
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
Replace worn or damaged parts
Equipment Setup and Changeovers:
Perform equipment changeovers and setups for different product runs
Ensure accurate and efficient machine adjustments
Technical Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures
Ensure a safe working environment
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
