Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing downtime
Supervise and guide junior technicians and contractors during repair and maintenance activities
Maintain records of equipment servicing, repairs, and inventory
Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related concerns proactively
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
