Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company. We have a local regional business in Southampton as well as operational offices in Devon, Cornwall Bristol and South Wales.

We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair service to a variety of customers ranging from Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households.

Due to the award of new contracts we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time served well experienced Maintenance Plumber to be in and around the Bristol area.

YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCE

·Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works

·Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled

·Possess a “can do attitude”

·Good time keeping

·An ability to work on own initiative

·Good communicator

·Available on a rota basis for out of hours emergency call outs

·Good administration skills

·IT skills use of hand held device
