ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Perform plumbing and related installations and repairs.
• Perform upkeep of facility and property, both inside and outside.
• Maintain HVAC system.
• Maintain plumbing, water and sewage system.
• Perform carpentry duties.
