Aerotek is looking for Maintenance Mechanics in the Shelton area for an immediate job opening. These people will set up, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on various manufacturing machines.
Tasks include:
• Performing set ups and preventative maintenance on machines
• Conducting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting
• Performing root cause analysis to identify causes of defects and troubleshoots problems
• Identifying, retrieving, and replacing machine components from the stockroom
• Creating and fulfilling orders via a cloud-based parts management system
Skills
• Previous manufacturing and machine maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical experience
• General computer skills
• Previous troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and understand written documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
