Maintenance Manager Hotels

As a Maintenance Engineer at Chokhi Dhani Indore, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property's technical infrastructure. This includes ensuring the optimal functionality of buildings, equipment, and systems. Your role is crucial in providing a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for the entire property.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify potential issues or breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of damaged or faulty equipment.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budgets.
• Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
