Maintenance Manager: Hotel/Resort

Job Title: Maintenance ManagerIndustry: Hotel / Resort / HospitalityJob Summary:

Responsible for overall maintenance operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring smooth functioning of engineering systems, safety, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, STP, and equipment maintenance
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure safety compliance and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Manage maintenance team and shift rosters
• Handle emergency repairs and breakdowns

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems
• Preventive maintenance & safety management
• Team leadership and vendor coordination
• Problem-solving and time management

Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
• 6–12 years experience in hotel/resort maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
