Job Description
Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of all engineering systems within the hotel/club. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure while maintaining high safety standards and delivering an uninterrupted guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of hotel engineering systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP, WTP, elevators, and fire & life safety systems.
Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules are effectively implemented.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in hotel, club, resort, or hospitality engineering and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety systems, DG sets, and building maintenance.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and engineering documentation.
Knowledge of statutory compliance related to hotel engineering operations.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
