Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for production machinery and utilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company maintenance protocols.
Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers when required.
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Optimize machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of utility systems such as compressors, pumps, motors, and electrical panels.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
