We carry out property maintenance for a number of large reputable rental companies and investors in South Auckland. From minor building/renovation works, plastering/painting, Healthy Homes compliance work, property clear outs etc.

We currently have the the following vacancies available:

Minor Maintenance Tech:
Latch and Handle Replacements
Ranchslider Repairs
Kitchen Cupboard and Hinge Replacements
Hole Repairs
Internal/External Door Replacements
Cladding Repairs
Fence and Deck Repairs

Exterior Works Tech:
Lawn Mowing
Rubbish Removals
Exterior House Washing and Gutter Clearing

With these positions, no two days are the same. It will require someone with experience in the industry, common sense and self motivation are a must.

Vehicle will be provided after the initial trial period, your own tools must be supplied.

Pay rate will vary depending on the position and experience.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
