Job Description
Pay: $12.00/hr
Location: Mandan, ND
Schedule: Part time and full time schedules from 6 AM - 5 PM CST, Mondays and Saturdays are mandatory
Overview
Our mail room team members efficiently open and accurately sort thousands of pieces of mail per day. Speed and accuracy are keys to success, but with our in-depth training, on-site instructors, and extended time periods to meet standards any individual that is goal-oriented, willing to learn, and persistent will be successful.
Responsibilities
As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Opening and sorting mail based on type of correspondence
• Scanning and saving all bills into company software
• Identifying and resolving duplicate bills' causes
• Lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills
• Enjoy working closely with peers on a small team
• Advanced attention to detail
• Able to work independently while investigating inconsistencies and resolving them
• Willing to adapt your work to fit the changing needs of the company
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively
• Average-Quick typing speed
• Quick mental processing and hand-to-eye coordination
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Chats)
