Job Description
We have 2 new and exciting opportunity to join our DX team as a Part-time Mail Sorter and a Casual Mail Sorter - Penrose
Here's what you'll do…
You'll play a key role in keeping our mail operations running smoothly, working across both mail sorting and machine operation functions. You'll be responsible for processing and preparing mail for delivery, operating mail sorting and printing equipment, and ensuring items are handled accurately and efficiently.
You'll also support our operations team by entering data, updating route information, maintaining databases, and assisting with route mapping. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good typing skills, and confidence using Microsoft Excel.
What we're looking for…
Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:
Hours of work from Monday to Friday
Flexible, reliable and have attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg
A 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
Good numeracy and reading skills
Good geographical knowledge of New Zealand
Passionate about keeping customers happy
High regard for Health & Safety standards
Able to work independently
Adaptable and confident in learning and using new technologies, systems, and processes.
