Job Description
Machine Helper – Paper Covering Machine
Job Responsibilities:
Operate the fully automatic paper-covering machine efficiently
Feed insulation paper into the machine as per process requirements
Ensure production targets (in meters) are achieved as per the job card provided
Monitor and record meter readings, production data, and reel weight accurately
Handle basic machine maintenance and ensure smooth operation
Identify and manage sensor-related functions of the machine
Perform routine cleaning of the machine before each shift
Report or tag any machine issues or faults promptly
Incentive:
Attractive production bonus in cash within 12 hours for achieving higher output (in meters)
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of machine operations and sensors
Ability to maintain production records and measurements
Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Responsible and disciplined approach towards work
ITI or DIPLOMA ENG OR 10th PASS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
