Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.
Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …)

Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the glob

We are looking for an M365 and licensing expert, with following core responsibilities, at a global sc

Bring tenant-wide expertise on Digital Workplace solutions in scope, bridging all Digital Workplace capabilities hosted in M365, through their respective Product O
• wnersEnsure transversal administration of our M365 tenant, including interaction with other key stakeholders like Cybersecurity and understanding the overall M365 eco-s
• ystemEnsure lifecycle and optimization of our licenses, building on automation and reporting to allow quick and educated decision-m
• akingBuild tenant-wide Operating Models, ensuring optimal Run and Continuous Improvement, especially clean-up processes and Move / Add / Change (MAC) processes, ensuring dependencies management at the tenant
• levelGather and analyse historical data from the tenant on regular basis to help Product Owners drive enhancements, keeping cost-effectiveness of the products and seek to maximize autom
• ationDevelop tenant-wide scripting and coding capability (Shell, PowerAutomate, PowerApp, PowerBI, GraphAPI, …) to unleash the full potential of the tenant and its automation (change management, deployment, release management, dashboarding automatio
