We are a rapidly growing live commerce business specialising in authenticated pre-loved luxury fashion and accessories from brands including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Celine, YSL and more.

The Role
We're looking for a confident, engaging and passionate Live Selling Host to become the face of our luxury live shopping streams across platforms including TikTok Live and other live commerce marketplaces.
You'll present authenticated luxury products to thousands of viewers, entertain audiences, build customer trust and create an exciting shopping experience that converts viewers into loyal customers.
No two days are the same, and energy, personality and a passion for luxury are just as important as previous presenting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Host engaging live shopping events multiple times per week.
Present and demonstrate luxury handbags, accessories and fashion pieces with confidence and enthusiasm.
Build excitement throughout live streams while maintaining a premium customer experience.
Interact with customers in real time by answering questions and engaging with comments.
Develop product knowledge across leading luxury brands.
Accurately describe product condition, authenticity and key features.
Work closely with the operations and buying teams to prepare live sales.
Assist with planning themes, promotions and giveaways for live events.
Create short-form social media content to help promote upcoming streams.
Help grow our community through consistent, engaging on-camera content.
Continuously improve performance using live sales data and customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
Confident, charismatic and comfortable presenting on camera.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Passion for luxury fashion and designer brands.
Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts.
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Highly organised and dependable.
Willingness to learn and continually improve.
Previous experience in sales, retail, live selling, content creation or presenting is desirable but not essential.
