Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Stylist to join our team. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
-Exceed all KPI goals through amazing in store experiences with clients
- Engage with clients and connect with them while styling them
- Continue the relationship after the sale through effective client outreach
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Retail Sales
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
