Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
