Your Mission as a Luxury Concierge:
Be the Face of Luxury: Deliver exceptional front-desk concierge and security services, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all residents and guests.
Build Professional Relationships: Act as the first point of contact, addressing resident needs and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
Uphold a Secure Environment: Ensure strict adherence to property rules and safety protocols, conduct regular patrols, and manage access control.
Master Your Skills: Actively participate in our ongoing training sessions, honing your skills in emergency response, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence.
What You Bring to the Team:
A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required.
A passion for delivering first-class customer service, ideally with prior experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end security roles.
An impeccable professional demeanour, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure.
The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends (minimum 30 hours/week commitment for part-time).
Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is a strong asset.
