Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-dry services.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation in line with salon standards.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy work environment.
Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Outstanding communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members alike. This role offers a dynamic working environment where creativity, professionalism, and excellent service are highly valued.
