Job Description:

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing ethnic wear in wholesale manufacturing and a passion for creating unique and timeless pieces.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop new collections of ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, suits, and other traditional garments.

- Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

- Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the successful execution of designs.

- Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the brand's aesthetic.

- Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry events to stay connected with the market.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

- Experience in managing wholesale manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality control, and vendor management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in designing ethnic wear.

- Strong understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and traditional motifs.

- Excellent design skills and a creative eye for color, pattern, and silhouette.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.).
