About the Role:
As a Lot Attendant at Nellis Auction, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers when they arrive to pick up their items. You’ll handle transactions, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly—all while delivering top-notch service that keeps customers coming back.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in customers at pickup
Process cash and credit card transactions
Issue refunds and help schedule appointments
Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
Assist with loading heavier items as needed
Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required to meet performance standards and KPI
1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Great attention to detail and highly organized
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Bilingual is a plus!
Physical Demands:
The Lott Attendant position requires the following physical capabilities:
Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day
Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain.
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items into customer vehicles.
