Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Duration: Insert Internship Duration, 2- 3 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (+:30 AM – 5:30PM)
Eligibility: Female Candidates
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Andheri West. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates/UG or those looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up on their application status.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Help in employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Own laptop is required for the internship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
