Graohic Designer & Visual Artist
Location: Mumbai (May be considered for WFH if you aare brilliant at your work)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a design-centric GFX Artist to join our creative development team. You will be responsible for taking concepts and turning them into polished, professional visual assets and motion sequences.
This role is for a "full-stack" creative who excels in the intersection of static branding and energetic motion graphics.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Evolution: Develop and maintain consistent "Visual DNA" for Swastik IP's.
Motion Design: Create high-impact motion graphics with a focus on professional timing, easing, and rhythmic transitions.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex concepts (ranging from minimalist logos to mythological world-building) into compelling visual assets.
Multi-Disciplinary Design: Work across branding, digital illustration, and post-production to deliver 4K-quality creative outputs.
Asset Mastery: Retouch, composite, and manipulate diverse assets in Photoshop to prepare them for seamless integration into motion sequences.
Technical Proficiency
Adobe After Effects: Mastery of compositing, 2.5D workflows, and sophisticated animation principles.
Adobe Photoshop: Expertise in graphic design, layout, and advanced typography.
Proficiency in asset creation, retouching, and complex compositing.
Ability to modify and optimize visual elements for seamless hand-off to motion workflows.
Design Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
Familiarity with modern digital workflows and a willingness to adapt to emerging creative tools.
3D (Bonus): Basic understanding of Blender or other 3D software for simple object integration and camera work.
Requirements:
Senior GFX Artist (4+ years): A reel demonstrating high-impact motion work and a portfolio of refined graphic design. Should be able to handle complex design requirements from start to finish and a clear understanding of After Effects basics. We value potential and a fast learning curve.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
