Role Description The Emcee / Corporate Event Anchor internship is a remote role focused on hosting and moderating virtual corporate and tech-related events organized by HRA Groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing event scripts and talking points, introducing speakers and sessions, facilitating audience engagement through Q&A or interactive segments, and ensuring smooth flow and timing throughout each event. The intern will collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to align messaging with brand guidelines, promote upcoming events, and provide brief post-event summaries or feedback. This internship offers exposure to corporate communications, event management, and professional presentation in a tech-focused environment.

🎯 Role & Responsibilities
Host and anchor the Corporate Award Event professionally.
Welcome guests, speakers, and award recipients.
Introduce dignitaries, sponsors, and special guests.
Coordinate the event agenda and ensure smooth stage flow.
Engage the audience with confidence and enthusiasm.
Announce award categories and invite winners on stage.
Coordinate with the event management team and technical crew.
Maintain the event schedule and manage transitions seamlessly.
Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
✅ Requirements
Previous experience as an Emcee, Anchor, or Event Host.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage).
Strong stage presence and audience engagement skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to manage corporate events with confidence.

• Experience hosting Corporate Events, Award Ceremonies, Conferences, or Business Summits.
